The problem
The supplier worked with dozens of resale partners. Each new product meant forwarding photos to every partner channel, recalculating the price against that partner individual rate, and stripping the source links so partners could not go around him. Distributing one item took longer than sourcing it.
What we built
- Relay that picks up a product from one source channel and pushes it to every partner channel
- Per-partner pricing rules applied automatically at send time
- Self-service onboarding: adding the bot to a partner channel is the whole setup
- Controls for enabling, pausing or banning a partner and for handling source links
