Booking agent that replaced the front desk after hours
A venue was losing reservations every night and weekend. An AI agent now takes bookings around the clock and hands the front desk a clean queue in the morning.

The problem
Reservations came in by phone and messengers, one person handled all of them, and anything arriving after closing time was answered the next day. By then a share of guests had booked somewhere else. Nobody could tell how full the rooms would be tomorrow, because the record lived in a notebook and three chat threads.
What we built
- Conversational agent that takes date, time, party size and add-ons, then confirms the slot against live availability
- Automatic reminder an hour before the visit, which cut no-shows without a single staff call
- Four-tier loyalty program and a referral link, both handled inside the same conversation
- Admin panel where staff confirm, move or cancel a booking in one tap and see load per room
What changed
- Bookings accepted 24/7 with no staff involvement
- Roughly 80% of after-hours enquiries recovered instead of lost to the next venue
- Every reservation lands in one queue, so the morning shift starts with a list, not a search
- Repeat visits tracked automatically through loyalty tiers
Other work
Distribution / Electronics
Supplier price lists parsed in seconds instead of hours
Dealers received dozens of unstructured supplier price lists a day. The system now reads any format, applies each dealer margin and returns a ready CSV.
E-commerce / Wholesale
One post, priced and delivered to every partner
A supplier was forwarding every product to dozens of partners by hand, recalculating the price for each. Now one publication reaches all of them, each at their own rate.
